I started taking these supplements about a week ago. Now it may be my imagination but I swear my bald spots seem to be shrinking. My hair, which is a tight coily 4C (nappy) seems to be changing texture. Again it’s very early so time will tell. I will be taking pictures of my progress.

I noticed a difference in my hair within 5 days of using this. It’s shinier and thicker.
